The daily guide

  • Social Engagement

    • Do not smoke. If you do, always keep your breath fresh.
    • Never wear house clothes to the office. Always try to look handsome.
    • Look rough but don't forget to smile.
    • Do not look at the ground as you walk.
    • Wake up on or before 7. Plan out your day.

  • Hygiene

    • Shave as much as you can reasonably
    • Brush your teeth after meals and before you sleep
    • Keep your face clear of any debris

    • TAKE A BATH in the morning.

  • Women

    • She does what she wants. You do what she wants.
    • Anticipate. Don't ask.
    • Read and follow hygiene before trying to do anything sensual
    • Follow 5 rules of appreciation. Keep the 'level' consistent.
    • Never say you're breaking up with someone.
    • Stop making reasons.
