second where I have put this code and I have a problem for refunds email I want to have one copy in admin email too

As for where to add it, it either goes into the functions.php of your theme or child theme, or you can use the Code Snippets plugin found over at WordPress.org. https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/

@KoolPal not that I am aware of. I just added it to a site and it worked for me.

@jessepearson Thanks. I realized that one of the plugins I used had changed the email ID slugs.

Now I am seeing some PHP warnings and notices when emails are sent. Can you please guide me? (This is with the debug.log ENABLED)
