  • What is going on in this customer’s life at work that made him send this email today rather than a few months ago?
  • What things could have happened that cause a request like this?

  • Explain rationale for presenting both options [if they did]

  • Why wouldn't we do customization/time tracking?
  • High level - when you get a few requests from customers and you take it back to the devs and they won’t work on it what do you do?
  • Give an example of a similar situation from a previous job where you received a request from a customer, but it wasn’t something you were going to build, how did you deal with it?

  • What can you do so you only have to push once instead of twice with each remote?
  • How would you find the answer to this questions if you got this job? What was your first step when trying to answer this question? Outside of team members and docs how would you find the answer?
