Those are the A records of account.jetbrains.
If they use direct connection there is no point to reroute the host.

@ACEx86 in my case: WebStorm 2023.3 on Ubuntu - adding account.jetbrains.com to host does not works, but your solution does. I suppose they indeed use direct connection.
