Very cool. Thanks for making this. Question: Is there any way to detect when just the pixels of the circle itself intersect the pixels of the other circle? In other words, not the layout bounding rectangle, but just the pixels of the circle.

@SurfingCoder, yes you can use Shape.intersect(shape1, shape1) to intersect on visible pixels rather than bounding rectangles. See the answer to the StackOverflow question Checking Collision of Shapes with JavaFX for more information.
