Why this code not running for Facebook, and any other,,??

Hi,
@ANNASBlackHat this code not running for Instagram, Facebook and other form because form submit button not exist name parameter.

<input type="submit" class="button-green" value="Login" />

if submit button name exists, the code will work.

How to use success login for not exists name parameter?
