Hi all,

So we should probably find a name for the new home of pip and virtualenv =
on Github, mostly because I believe an own organisation on Github is =
better than tying the projects to one user account.

The options are (without any order of my preference):

- http://github.com/politburo
- http://github.com/kombinat
- http://github.com/pypa (Python Packaging Authority)

pypa is my vote. ppa might be confusing with Ubuntu's PPA? I'd avoid =
anything with ianb in it to reduce confusion.

I'd probably go for "pypa" or "pack", either one's fine.

I like "Ministry of Installation" for the implicit Monty Python
reference, but I can't think of any reasonably-short version of that for
a github name that doesn't lose the reference.
