I spearheaded the effort to completely revamp the dashboard Blizzard uses to run most of their e-sports broadcasts. To see this project all the way through, I took the following steps:
- Identified pain points
- Brainstormed solutions
- Wireframed
- Collected user feedback and challenging assumptions
- Made edits to the design
- Realized design by coding new Polymer components
- Continued to iterate as new features were requested and feedback was collected

I was the sole front-end developer on this project. I built all of the stylesheets and the HTML structure with a Ruby-based static site generator, and then transitioned the compiled code to our back-end team (who transformed it into a Drupal theme). I performed all of my own cross-browser/cross-device testing and quality assurance testing before the handoff.
