DFW.pm meet up spots

So let's put some potential locations down for meet up with a few criteria:

1) Non-smoking.
1.2)   MOAR TAMALES
2) Not too loud.
3) Somewhat affordable.
3) One or two locations per quadrant of the metroplex.

If people would like to have more technical gatherings to show off some tech, or do some sort of hackathon, there are slightly different criteria:

1) Internets and power.
2) Table space (laptops aren't really meant for laps).
2) Projector (and projector space, ie. a wall).
3) Nearby social location for the after party.

Following Brian Koontz suggestion to rotate, we can randomly pick a different quadrant of the metroplex each month at the current meet up for the next meet up.
