Exterial areas that might need fix

  • problems with gutter and downspout
  • large crack in walkway
  • problem with front exterial sliding glass door
  • gargae door opener

Eletricity, wires, pipe, air, etc

  • attic ventilation (are bedrooms considered as attic area? not?)
  • ignite burner is missing cover (water heater)
  • missing CO detector
  • eletricity system not may not be properly grounded (minor issue?)
  • exposed eletricity wire
  • stairway misses handrail
