Feedback III Reflection

  • What are you doing well as a pair programmer and collaborator?

I am thirsty to know more and know what I can do better. I am constantly learning, both about programming and about myself, and applying it immediately. I am appreciative of the support of my peers on projects, and I make it known. I communicate and take responsibility for what I say I will.

  • How do you use your strengths as a team member?

I seek to make sure everyone on the team is involved and ideas are all examined. I am attuned to everything that has to get done on a project, and I am willing to discuss it openly with my teammates.

  • How would you like to continue to develop your strengths?

I hope to continue to recieve constructive feedback from teammates, and also self-reflective feedback from the work I output and the interactions I have. I want to continue to check in on the areas that I know I want to work on, see progress, and examine what else/more I can do.

  • What would you like to improve on as a teammate?

I would like to take a more active and decisive role in group work, taking risks and leadership on material or in areas that I am not as steady in.

  • How would you like your teammates to see you?

I want my teammates to see me as a person who is great to work with, both for what I bring to the table skill-wise, and how I am to spend time with.
