- SSH into the proxmox server
- Remove the offending certificate in
/etc/pve/local(e.g.pveproxy-ssl.pem) - Run
pvecm updatecerts --force - Restart pveproxy
systemctl restart pveproxy - Refresh the web UI in the browser
