I use a Swopper at home. It's great. I use a yoga ball at the office.
The Mirra2 from Herman Miller is also super nice; I don't own one, but got to use one briefly! http://www.hermanmiller.com/products/seating/performance-work-chairs/mirra-2-chairs.html
@base10 whoa that is crazy looking.
I'm a big fan of the Setu. More firm that most chairs.
I'm trying an IKEA Markus for a while before I dump big $$ on a chair: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/00103102/
It's been about two months, I like it. Try it out. Also: http://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-office-chair-is-the-steelcase-leap/
I highly recommend you try out the Embody chair. Its the next generation of Aeron by the same designer.
Which ever chair you decide, I had great service from the people at SmartFurniture online.
I got an aeron in 2006, still sitting on it. Never really had a complaint about it other than it's heavy and not great to carry up and down stairs.
