Chancoin was officially 30% pre-mined in order to incentivize community engagement, however the core team has committed to getting community input on descreasing or eliminating the pre-mine. As the project stabilizes we will try to facilitate conversation and consensus-building on what the community wants to do with the pre-mined coins.
