[WIP] AHK Forum rules
AutoHotkey Community Rules
Version [INSERT VERSION], [INSERT DATE]
General Policy and Clauses
----------------------------------------------
A. FORUM TOS: https://autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=29155
NOTE: "This list is non-exhaustive - the Moderating team reserves the right to close any thread that they feel is contrary to the ethos of the forum."
B. The Moderation team will do their best to act in a fair and reasonable manner. Sanctions will only be applied as a last resort and any action taken will be explained in the relevant thread.
C. If moderation action is taken, you will need to acknowledge this through a dialog or you will be unable to post further in the forum. Please note that this dialog is not an agreement that the warning was justified - it is only there so that members are aware that moderation action has been taken and that they may have certain restrictions applied to their account.
D. If you feel that you have been unfairly moderated then contact the Moderator concerned or an administrator - using a PM or the "Report" button (preferable) to open a new moderation case thread. That being said, do be aware that the Moderation team has the final word - the rules are set out by the site administrators.
Malicious
---------------------------------------------
1. No prank scripts/code
2. No malware or otherwise malicious scripts/code
3. Malware of any form - trojan, virus, keylogger, spam tool, "joke/spoof" script, etc.

Bypassing, Hacks, Legality
------------------------
1. No code that's intended to bypass security measures placed by any program (this is inclusive of games). Bypassing of security measures may be the following (not limited to): log-in and security dialogs, CAPTCHAs, anti-bot agents, software activation, etc.
2. No automation of software/sites contrary to their EULA or TOS (see Reporting section below). In order words, no scripts that break the EULA/TOS of the affected software.
Gaming Rules
------------------------
1. No anti-cheat bypassing or avoiding any form of anti-cheat or auto-kicking feature provided in the game, via mouse_event calls, sending keystrokes, or memory reading/writing.
2. No script that Constantly changes the player's in game name as to avoid a vote kicking/banning system.
3. No auto-response input/botting
4. No script that constantly sends a message to other players as to annoy them or distract them.
5. No memory, speed hacks or anything that programmatically changes the values of the game or its mechanics.
6. No script that manipulates your aim point while firing in a way that is not proportional to your input (e.g. "No Recoil") or aims / shoots for you ("Aim Bot" / "Trigger Bot").
7. No script that glitches or brings unintended behaviour to the game giving an unfair edge to the player such as: glitching character animations, hitbox glitching, "Bunny Hop", etc.
8. No script that manipulates the player's model or hitbox to give a disadvantage to those aiming at the player by making them unhittable or difficult to hit, such as antiaim, spinbot, or lag switches.
9. No script that allows you to see things that would normally be obscured (e.g. "Wall Hacks") or that artificially inject maps / radars.
10. No script that gives the player vision assistance, or visible information not normally visible in normal play, such as wallhack, ESP, chams/chameloen skins, tracers, NoSmoke, NoFlash, x-ray, radar hacks, via memory reading/writing, modifications of software provided with the graphics card, or PixelSearch functions.
11. No Automatic aim system for the player that is not proportional to the player's input.
12. No Automatic aim compensation system for recoil present with a gun.
13. No script that gives the player perfect weapon accuracy, via memory reading/writing.
14. No Automatic firing for the player that is not proportional to the player's input, which may be a script that shoots quickly or a script that shoots automatically to give the player an inhuman-like reaction time.
15. No script that gives the player a speed advantage, such as automatically sending a command at a specific time or in a specific time frame that cannot be normally detected by humans, via spamming a key, memory reading/writing, packet manipulation or any other means.
16. No script that automatically strafes for the player to correspond with mouse movement, as to gain speed.
17. No script that automatically completes an objective that normally takes an unavoidable amount of time, such as planting a bomb, defusing a bomb, or capturing an objective or flag.
18. No script that teleports the player, or puts the player's in game model in an unhittable or difficult to hit spot, such as "AirStuck".
19. No script that automatically disconnects the player when the player's health reaches a certain level or after a certain amount of time.
20. No script that crashes or invades another player's game, privacy, computer, or internet, e.g. no DDOSing, trojan, etc.
21. No script that duplicates or generates any form of in game asset, whether being as a cosmetic, form of currency, or gun pattern/skin artificially.

24. No script that changes the player's health.
25. No script that helps the player avoid damage, such as damage from other players or fall damage.
Spam
------------------------
1. Please do not react to spam in any way other than reporting it. Multiple reports are combined by the forum software, so there is no need to announce that you have reported the spam - in fact doing so only increases the work for the Moderator who deals with it.
2. Due to previous events, No tor or similar software is allowed for connection.
Inappropriate content
------------------------
1. Do not post material that could be considered pornographic, violent or explicit. Do not post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this site.
2. To protect this community, any files posted by you are subject to checks to ensure that they do not contain malware. This includes, but is not limited to, decompilation and reverse engineering.
3. Do not flame or insult other members - and just report the thread to a Moderator (see below) if you are so attacked.
Behaviour
------------------------
1. Do not PM other users asking for support - that is why the forum exists, so post there instead.
2. Do not create multiple accounts - if you inadvertently created multiple accounts then contact a Moderator to close the unwanted ones.
3. Do not repost the same question if the previous thread has been locked - particularly if you merely reword the question to get around one of the prohibitions listed above.
4. Do not delete your posts, nor completely remove their content: doing so will interrupt the flow and ruin the integrity of the thread/forum.
5. Signatures and Avatars: There is no formal policy for the use of signatures but if a moderator thinks it is too big and/or distracting then you may be asked to tone it down. No-one likes wading through signatures that are a page high. Similarly for avatars, expect distracting flashing and animated gifs to be removed. Additionally, signatures and avatars are subject to all other rules and clauses mentioned in this document.
Interacting with this website
------------------------
1. Anyone found abusing the website is subject to harsh punishment without warning. A non-exhaustive list of potential abuses include:
- Automated forum registration or login.
- Automated posting or sending messages on the forum.
- Automated manipulation of polls, user reputation or other forum features.
- Automated creation or comments on issue tracker tickets.
- Automated creation or editing of wiki pages.
- Other abuses which are either examples of excessive bandwidth usage or automation of the site.
2. Use common sense. If you do not have common sense, don't do anything. Do not automate the forum, issue tracker or what-so-ever in any way at all. Scripts which automatically update AutoHotkey are acceptable as long as they are not abused and do not generate excessive bandwidth usage.
Reporting
------------------------
1. If you feel a post needs Moderator attention, please use the "Report" button next to the post date at the top. You can then enter details of why you have reported the post. The Moderating team will be alerted to the post and will deal with it as soon as they can.
2. If you suspect a EULA violation, do not expect the Moderating team to do all the work - please provide some evidence in the report such as a copy of (or link to) the EULA violation in question, as well as the section you believe has been violated.
3. Finally, please do not enter into an argument with the original poster - that is why we have Moderators.
