Project: 1909 Mod 1 Group Project

Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful? YES, you can still fully answer this question without knowing exactly what you're going to build.):
Make sure all the functionality works, try have a strong learning takeaway. Good javascript practice.
Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):
Perseverance, self-reliance. Good planning skills, interested in understanding.
How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:
Make use of resources. Both seeking to understand, which makes functionality slot together better.
What do you need to look out for, i coming into conflict?
Nothing major.
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?):
Critter/review time at night. Work to afternoon, potential morning work.
What is the one hour/day that each teammate has on their calendar for personal study/practice time?
Ride back/at home evening.
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team?):
Slack, maybe have a trello/github, morning check-in. Relay any project direction changes early.
Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):
Both working to do more commits, make sure we stay to branches.
More work in event targeting.
Expectations for giving and receiving feedback:
Just be open in communication.
