I think you could add the Pentax M 40mm f2.8, it's really small... I could take a measurement of mine with the adapter :)

@acarrasco You win! It's been a while since I added a new lens to the list, but that SMC Pentax-M 40mm is just tiny. It's less tiny with the adapter, though. There is some light vignetting and the IQ will never be pixel-peeper perfect on the a7, but whatever.

@sincerelysofi In earlier versions of the list I had some MS Optical lenses. But the current version of the list excludes all lenses that heavily vignette on the various a7 sensors. This includes the MS Optical pancake lenses, various old Russia lenses, and the Olympus body cap 15mm f/8.
I wish I could get my hands on a Perar 24mm or 35mm. I would carry my camera around a lot more than I do.
