Vomiting may make you feel better as you'll stop trying to will yourself not to throw up but it's a vicious circle.
Also it seems drinking plain water with an agressive migrane will actually help trigger vomiting, so best to sip sweet tea or herbal tea to calm yourself and help rehydrate.

Tea with milk isn't the best to hydrate as you body has to expel a large portion of the fluid to get rid of the toxins abundant in tea, herbal tea has less toxins so more stays in your system.

Bad idea as you're more than likely to damage the inner tube and cut the sidings of the wheel, plus takes longer. Worked in the war but simpler and quicker to just get a pair of tyre levers.

When you were a kid growing up this was a good idea as it helped strengthen your bones but in later life you don't really need it, in fact it can act as an inflammatory. Plus those adverts telling you to drink more milk by the dairy association get their funding from the dairy companies selling milk, who to believe?
Either way if your after calcium there are much better sources out there than milk, plus if you really want to you can drink Almond milk which is a great source of fibre in your morning smoothie.
