# Proof that PayPal aren’t that useful in the complaints department.

Dear John Drinkwater,
Thank you for contacting PayPal.
To upload files, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Resolution Center" at the top of the page.
3. Click "Resolve" next to the transaction.
4. Click "Resolve Complaint."
5. Select "The buyer has already been refunded and I can provide
proof of the previous refund," and click "Continue."
6. Select the way the refund was issued, and click "Continue."
7. Select "Upload files, and click "Continue."
8. To upload your documentation, and click "Browse."
9. Select the file you want to attach.
10. Click "Open."
11. Click "Attach this File." Information about your file appears
under the Attachments box.
12. Repeat as many times as required, up to a total file size of
5000kb.
13. Click "Send Files to PayPal" to submit.

As I explained in the previous email, there is no resolve button.

I want to upload an image, because you want a receipt. I cannot
since the process is broken.
I cannot fax because I have no fax machine.
I will email attachments to you, and I can upload files, if the site isn’t broken.
