Para instalar o Flash player no Chromium:
Baixe o pacote pelo AUR e instale usando o pacman:
$ cd Downloads/
$ ls
flashplugin-11.2.202.378-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
$ sudo pacman -U flashplugin-11.2.202.378-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
