Group rules for the Divi Hackers United Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/144226352778581
As with any gathering of people online, there need to be some rules, merely to help keep the peace and maintain the purpose of the group.
1. Posts MUST be related to either PHP or JavaScript, ideally specific to solving some problem you are experiencing with Divi or a Divi related product. However any PHP or JavaScript tutorials that are not specific to Divi are also welcome.
2. There are three types of posts allowed here, questions, solutions or open discussions. If you have a specifically PHP or JavaScript question, you may post it here. If you have a specifically PHP or JavaScript tutorial or solution to a problem you were experiencing, you may post it here. If you want to discuss a PHP or JavaScript relevant topic with the members here, you may post it. I will also allow general comments/discussions related to the group itself. At this point, anything else will be considered spam.
3. Please tag your posts either #PHP or #JavaScript to help the group understand in which area you are struggling.
4. NO premium (paid) product posts. I am a plugin developer. I will not post any links to my plugins (updates, launches or otherwise) in this group. I ask that you do the same. The only time I will allow a product post is if someone posts a question/problem and you have a product that solves that problem. Then I will allow you to reply to their post with a link to your product.
5. Open Source product posts are welcome. If you have created a free plugin or child theme and you want to share it, you are welcome to post it here.
6. Any link you post here MUST NOT expect any action on the viewer to consume the content. No newsletter sign ups etc. The point of this is to share info, not gain anything from it.
7. This group is NOT for soliciting new clients. If a member posts a problem you must either post a solution or not comment at all. No one here should be asked to go into a PM conversation or post offers of paid support. Likewise do not post job offers.
8. Spam of any kind is NOT allowed.
These rules are subject to change and will change if people exploit any loopholes in them to close up those holes. Any infractions of these rules will result in your immediate expulsion from the group.
