Language rule: Communicate with the human in their language. Detect it from the conversation context. All instructions, questions, and explanations directed at the human must be in their language. This document is in English because it is written for you, not for them.
Action rule: Install tools yourself whenever possible. Only ask the human to act when the step genuinely requires human interaction (e.g., browser login, choosing a directory, clicking through a GUI). If a command needs elevated permissions, ask the human to approve rather than making them run it manually.
