- Projector
  - Matthew is taking lead on buying a projector for us to use.
- Event Space
  - They can't guarantee that they will give us event space. THey can do it on a case by case basis
    - We want to setup a partnership with SVB to use that space.
- Classroom
  - So we're going to get the smaller classroom in the basement as our classroom
- Keyfobs
  - TLDR: We will get 6 keyfobs for the team and 4 for the students most likely by friday
    - Long Version: They are getting in a shipment of keyfobs sometime this week (most likely by friday). As soon as the shipment is in, they will
      - allocate 6 keyfobs for our team
      - 4-5 keyfobs for our students to share (which will need to be given out and collected each day)
  - Longterm, perhaps by late June, we can get one keyfob for each student
    - This is because the system that they use use limits them to 1000 unique keyfobs and they are trying to get it updated but the company is not cooperating and being slow. Once they upgrade, they can get 2k unique keyfobs and can get one keyfob per student.
- Desks
  - 2 options
    - SVB
      - Setup a partnership with SVB because they have 20 desks that they let their partners use that are not being used that they could let us use.
    - Google for Entrepreneurs
      - John most likely will let us use that entire space so we probably will be able to use that as our lab space as well as well as our office.
- Later
  - We can ask for secondary space
