First Weeks Priorities:

  6. Establish Communication Channels

    • Set up your communication tools and connect with relevant team members.
    • Understand the team's preferred communication channels and etiquette.
  7. Take Initiative and Ask for Guidance

    • Be proactive in seeking tasks and responsibilities.
    • Ask for guidance and mentorship when needed.
  8. Build Relationships

    • Connect with colleagues across different teams or departments.
    • Attend team or company social events, if available, to network and build relationships.
