disqus digests unsubscribe fiail

1. make sure you're logged out of disqus
2. click unsusbscribe link in digests email ("http://disqus.com/dashboard/#notifications")

expected results: I am unsubscribed from digest email
actual results: login screen with empty! notifications panel overlaid: http://d.pr/i/WJ30

3. login to disqus

expected results: I am unsubscribed from digest email
actual results: disqus dashboard

4. go to notifications panel - oh wait, no link.

expected results: clear link to account settings
actual results: none exists

5. try clicking view profile

expected results: maybe a settings page? pretty please?
actual results: a social profile page

6. get frustrated, go back to email, click unsubscribe link

expected results: I am unsubscribed from digest email
actual results: settings page with no unsubscribe button, but where i can select to receive notifications *and* digests but not just digests.  

CAN-SPAM compliance failures:
1. "You're receiving this message because you're signed up for Disqus Digests" that's not an action I took that signed me up for email. What you meant was "you have an account with us and we signed up you for this list without asking first"

2. No one-click unsubscribe. You're not allowed to require any additional information besides email (e.g. login/password) to process an unsubscribe

3. No company name, mailing address.
