Shall gladly do, @bcoca Adding a few bits and pieces, doing more tests, but it will happen.
Question: should the PR simultaneously Delete dnstxt.py lookup which is really no longer required as this fulfills that as well?
I'd love to see this is as a PR too :) I'm surprised something similar is not already in ansible.

@jmdh Where is it? I don't see any dig/dns lookup module in the official list of modules...
