How to schedule an override for the outside office hours schedule:

  1. Navigate to schedules (https://transloadit.pagerduty.com/schedules)

  1. Scroll to the schedule in question

  1. Locate and click on the bar you want to override

  1. Click Schedule an Override
  2. Select the person to override with and optionally adjust the timing

  1. Click Create Override
  2. Done!
