- Julian - Some awesome JS functionality and jumping into browfield project
- Jerrod - JavaScript stuff. Working on soft skills.
- Heidi - Push myself with JavaScript. Solid 4's with good work habits. Stay organized.
- July - Brownfield codebase. Having good workflow. Make something FUN!!! FUN FUN FUN!
- When are group members available to work together? What hours can each group member work individually? Are there any personal time commitments that need to be discussed?
- Julian - Tonight & part of tomrrow I have do get some things done. Besides that open.
- Heidi - A little more flexible. Reserve time for meetups. Some free time towards Turing projects. Pretty flexible.
- July - Respect Thurs, Friday after 7. No work doing lunch.
- Jerrod - No major things to do. Fridays off if possible. No work doing lunch.
- How will group members communicate? How often will communication happen, and how will open lines of communication be maintained?

- What is each group member's self-identified strength(s) technically? What does each group member want to improve on technically? How can the team assist with these improvements?
- Julian - Comfortable with testing, workflow and front end. Would like more work with cart related items (i.e. sessions & PORO)
- July - Comfortable w/ most of Rails. Awful w/ styling. Might not know much of JS.
- Heidi - Also comfortable w/ most of Mod 2. Good w/ hunting down bugs. May have trouble w/ finding best solution for a problem. Fastidous, awesome word. Sticking to the plan and being pragmatic.
- Jerrod - Like complex Ruby logic. Don't like testing very much. Like to learn more HTML / CSS stuff.
- Which feature(s) does each group member want to work on? Which feature(s) does each group member not want to work on?
- Julian - JavaScript functionality (AJAX, fuzzy search), Responsive
- Heidi - AWS?
- July - Should probably work on styling.
- Jerrod - Impartial on what you work on.
- What is the agreed upon Git workflow? What project management tool will be used? What is the agreed upon procedure for conducting code reviews before merging into master: who will review pull requests, and when?
- Travis CI, Code Climate, SimpleCov.

- What is expected of group members when they run into problems implementing a feature?
- Bang your head just a lil (15-20 min)
- How does each group member want feedback (both positive and constructive) to be delivered?
- Just tell me lol.

- Julian - Swear's alot and listens to music while working on a feature.
- July - 0 to 100 real quick
- Jerrod - A little shy. Feel free to approach.
- Heidi - Sometimes gets a little nervous. No tension no problem.
