Use Mod Loader to install the mods unless stated otherwise!

Install the mods one by one and test the game each time to make sure it works!

Never run the game with more than 60 FPS as physics, animations and even missions start to break!

Improvising this mods list should be done ONLY if you know what you are doing and AT YOUR OWN RISK!

⚠ Start the game at least once, then go to modloader/modloader.ini and under ;MyMod=50 write Vehicles=60

⚠ Your game won't launch at all if you don't do the step above!

- The mod names that you write here need to correspond with their respective folder names inside Mod Loader

OTHER SETTINGS

1. To increase traffic density, open gta3.ini in your main directory and change the numbers. I think the limit was up to 3.0

2. To fix Claude's arms twitching when using the Flamethrower, open weapon.dat and change the last set of flags for the flamethrower

3. HD Weapons

Tri-Pack already comes with it's own HD weapons. If you want to play with these ones, you'll have to combine their files together. From my experience, this caused instabilities and is therefore not recommended.

ok. Idk how to fix this sky thing. The only thing I can think of is make sure your directorys completely empty before dragging my files in. If you go on the discord server you'll likely get help over there.

with worldpipe line anything other than leeds ( which look awful ) certain parts of the map despawn depending on how u look

Hey guys, I'm having a weird bug or something, not sure if anybody knows of a fix to. I'm playing with mkb, when I look around with my mouse, it will sometimes pan over to my other monitors and when I click to shoot or brake I end up clicking off screen and out of the game. Not sure if this is something to do with the mods or with GTA3 in general, but any help would be appreciated.

That's normal. It happens on vanilla gta 3 too. Just press win key + P and select the option that turns off your second monitor. This game isn't optimized for pc in the slightest😭

For anyone that wants the pre-installed of all GTAs
GTA SA, 3 and VC
Everything was taken from these links and FIXED because Gesha doesn't test his mods apparently. 3 has been fixed and so was VC.
Also tweaked everything that didn't really fit in or was just bad to begin with.

I have an issue with boats draw distance after installing the vehicle tri-packs mod. This is very obvious during Asuka's Paparazzi Purge as the boat target will appear invisible during the first zoom shot. The tree shadows in Asuka's hideout will also flicker when moving from the docks to the main road. I have both tried modding the game from scratch and your own uploaded copy and both issues are present. Do you know of any fixes on that?

This zip contains all of the main mods. I have chosen to exclude optional mods so you can pick and choose which ones you want to install which shouldn't take too long.
To install copy everything inside the folder to your game directory.
This zip also contains TimerFreeze_III.cs located in the cleo folder. This mod freezes the timer on missions and activities containing one. This is extremely useful for completing "Grand Theft Auto" by Kenji and the final el burro phone mission "Big n Veiny". This mod is basically an extra cheat code that doesn't register in your save file(s). To use type "timer" to stop/play the in-game timer.

wow. that actually worked thank you lol. wasn't expecting a random user's zip to work but it seems to play perfectly minus low framerates (something steam deck related im sure). no black sky issues either! ty for saving me the time and effort, i got stuck on installing modloader

i downloaded it and get an "unhandled exeption c000005 At address 0042a5c5" can someone can help? i'll try to install myself but i don't think that will change the result because your file appeared to be good... (I'm on mac so i'm using parralels + W11)

Tks for your hard working, appreciate much. I'm having small prob, it seems framelimiter didnt work regardless on or off it still run above 30 fps. 60 fps is fine but whenever i try to get out a boat i always drop my self in ocean.
