Chicken Paprikash
1 cup onion, diced
3/4 stick butter
2 tsp salt
4 tsp bullion
6 cups water
3 tbsp paprika
4lbs chicken thighs
7 tbsp flour
1 cup plain yogurt (or sour cream, but yogurt is smoother in the end)
brown onions in butter
when it achieves desired texture/color, dump in paprika, cook for a few seconds
dump in water
add bullion/salt
add chicken
boil, then simmer, for 45 minutes
combine flour and yogurt
add to pot
stir to combine
yogurt will be lumpy and appear to not mix, this is expected, but it'll work out
boil, then simmer, for 15 minutes
Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes
