  • Set up RSVP system with an appropriate attendance cap
  • Make attendance free
  • Offer conference T-Shirts with the ticket with enough upcharge to cover T-Shirt plus some expenses
  • Design T-Shirts
  • Print N T-Shirts
  • Decide 1 day or 2
  • Find 6 to 12 good speakers
  • Arrange Github drinkup for the night of the 4th
  • Print programs with speaker names and sponsor names

DAY OF

  • Set up AV
  • Set up water and coffee
  • Check names at door and hand out programs and T-Shirts
  • Thank Sponsors
  • Accounce speakers
  • Give out books
  • Announce parties
