Where do you put the config file? Also I'm guessing that Performance.Dev.config implies that it would be a Dev build? Sorry I'm very new to Sitecore.

One other question. Were you meaning to use transforms with these config files. Because if you do they will not work. Or were you just going to copy these files over to the appropriate environments? The reason I ask is because I don't see any transform tags on the Performance.Dev.config file.

These are Sitecore patch files, not XDT transform files. They do not require transform tags.

Does this still work on Sitecore 10.1.1?
