LinkedIn (Frank Kany) Recommendations

Jim Hughes - Director of Software Development at Getaroom.com

Frank is a capable, intelligent, and dedicated Ruby and Rails programmer. I enthusiastically recommend him to any Ruby shop needing more programming talent.

Chris McIntyre - CEO of Southern Made

Frank is a solid ruby/rails developer. I had the chance to work with him for a number of years and Change Healthcare where I got to watch him grow from a low-mid level developer to the senior developer he is today.

If you are looking for someone who will take any problem you throw at him and provide a thoughtful solution to it, look no further. And not just that, he does it with a smile. It is easy for developers to get beat down with details and change orders and complexity, but not Frank - always a smile and always a good solution.

Finally, Frank had the opportunity to work remotely around 50% of the time for our company. He was respectful of time, other employees and the employers needs - if we needed him to come to the office for any reason, even if off schedule (and he lived a few hours away), he was always open to change.

Highly recommended.

Richard Kellermeyer - Engineering Manager/Technical Lead at Roostify

Frank is an exceptional Ruby and Ruby on Rails developer that takes an enormous amount of pride in his ability to deliver high-quality, well-tested, timely, and efficient code.

Frank has an attention to detail that is hard to come by in the software development world. When the need arises for anything related to backend or middleware, he's the go-to developer that any team would find beneficial.

I would, and have, utilized Frank for independent projects where I had little faith in other developers. Frank has always delivered, and has delivered well.

If you're looking for a bright, talented, pragmatic developer for your team, you should look no further than Frank. I can promise you that he will not disappoint, but rather deliver results that are far above and beyond the expectations that you have set forth for him.

Rob Bonacic - QA Manager/Automation Engineer at Aegis Health

I’ve had the privilege of working with Frank on many projects, and I have know him to be focused and dedicated to producing his very best at all times. Frank not only is a great developer he is also great teacher and would be a valuable contributor to any situation or team.

[Matthew Millsaps-Brewer - Founder at Lotus Apps](https://www.linkedin.com/in/mbrewerdev/) > I had the pleasure of working with Frank remotely on a large project for a client and was thrilled with his high level of communication, skill and professionalism.

While I only worked with Frank for a couple months, he worked hard and was a valuable member of the team and I look forward to possibly working with him again in the future.

Lurton Keel - Contractor for Sources Unlimited

Frank was a valuable development asset to me while at Cinram. He gladly accepted the most difficult tasks and worked quickly to find an efficient solution.

Frank always wanted to learn new tools and quickly became a valuable resource for the entire IT staff.
