Mom's Pie Crust

  • mix 2 cups flour and scant teaspoon salt
  • Measure just over 1/2 cup oil
  • Add 1/4 cup milk (I'm sure almond milk is fine).
  • Mix just until mixed.
  • Roll out between wax paper.

Makes 2 crusts.
