500 g rutabega
200 g yukon potatoes

~2c bolete broth

15g nutritional yeast
1.5tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp mustard
-dissolve in water

1 tsp white pepper

1 tbsp+ salt

boil rutabega for 20min, add potatoes to same pot, boil for additional 15min


Make a rue w ~3 tbsp vegan butter
add ~3/4c broth
add the yeast slurry
add the boiled veg
add enough broth that you can stick blend the veg
stick blend till smooth
add salt and white pepper to taste.
