Original Bug Report:
"Http Pseudo-streaming allows videos streamed via HTTP to accept special requests to immediately "Seek Ahead" to a certain point in a video and start playing/downloading from that spot. The HTML5 video interface supports seek-ahead/pseudo-streaming requests if you add the
durationHint='XX:XX'attributes to yourvideotag.However, when the player falls back to the Flash version, it seems the
durationHintattribute is not adhered to, and the player acts like a regular progressive download player.The Flash player should be enhance to act like the HTML5 player, and allow for seek ahead."
