You will join the core product development team for the Heat Selector tool and be assigned dedicated responsibilities both from a development as well as a module perspective. The cross-functional team works with an agile mindset and is staffed with roles such as Product Owners, Front-End developers and Backend developers with various field of expertise.
Location: Kolding, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Tuchom, Ljubljana or Istanbul
As a Software Developer, you will build the backend systems that power our application, you will be developing and maintaining the Heat Selector tool, and continuously improve our development practices. In addition, you will also be involved in coordinating the collaboration with both internal and external developers.
The typical daily tasks are to:
- Development of new features.
- Ensure the overview of what needs to be done to improve our tool (e.g., infrastructure, security, performance, and optimizations)
- Work together with internal/external colleagues and customers and take the lead on the back-end tasks.
- Together with your team, you define, implement and maintain the comprehensive development environment.
- Ensure code review and documentation.
- Good English skills
- 4+ years of experience
- Experience with web-based applications.
- In-depth knowledge of modern Typescript, .NET Framework, React JS, C#
- In depth knowledge of .NET Framework/Core and writing testable, maintainable code in C#
- Experience with testing and test automation (unit, integration, e2e)
- Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps and CI / CD pipelines
- Experience with Azure DevOps, NodeJS, Kubernetes, Containerization, SQL databases.
- Familiar with Front-end web development (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)
- Good self-planning and work organizing
- Experience in working in an Agile environment.
- A team player who can work in cross-functional environment with different cultures within large organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
- Familiar with Java programming language.
