Add Blank Entry
Ctrl+Shift+Insert
Adds another entry table (set of fields) to the end of a record/batch


Clear Field
Delete
Deletes the value in the currently selected field


Clear Entry
Ctrl+Delete
Deletes values in ALL the fields of an entry


Copy
Ctrl+C
Copies selected text to the clipboard


Cut
Ctrl+X
Copies selected text to the clipboard, then deletes the selected text


Ditto Field
Ctrl+D
Copies the field value from the previous entry into the currently selected field


Ditto Record
Ctrl+Shift+D
Copies ALL field values from the previous entry into the current entry


Insert Entry
Ctrl+Insert
Adds another entry table (set of fields) in-between entries


Lookup
Ctrl+F
Brings up a search box to find content on a page


Mark Field Blank
Ctrl+B
Pastes < BLANK > into the current field


Mark Field Unreadable
Ctrl+U
Pastes < UNREADABLE > into the current field


Mark Record Blank
Ctrl+Shift+B
Pastes < BLANK > into all fields in the current entry


Mark Record Unreadable
Ctrl+Shift+U
Pastes < UNREADABLE > into all fields in the current entry


Move to Next Entry
Ctrl+Shift+→
Switches photo view and input fields to the next entry


Move to Previous Entry
Ctrl+Shift+←
Switches photo view and input fields to the previous entry


Move to Next Field
Tab
Moves text cursor to the next field in an entry


Move to Previous Field
Shift+Tab

Moves text cursor to the previous field in an entry


Paste
Ctrl+V
Types the text stored on the clipboard to the location of the text cursor


Redo
Ctrl+Y
Redoes a command or keystroke (The opposite of Undo)


Undo (Most Important)
Ctrl+Z
Undoes a previous command or keystroke


Use Suggested Value and Keep Typing
→
Uses the suggested value and lets you keep typing in the same field


Use Suggested Value and Move to Next Field
Enter
Uses the suggested value from a list and advances
