GTX 1080Tiが搭載しているGPUメモリは、12GBではなく11GBです。

本文中では関数build_boxesと解説がありますが、リスト中の宣言ではbuild_boxes_without_padとなっています。

これは、リスト側をbuild_boxesと読み替えてください。
