These are brief instructions for running MARE2DEM jobs on Habanero.

Ssh in using your terminal app:
$ ssh <UNI>@habanero.rcs.columbia.edu
Files can be transferred to/from Habanero using the sftp protocol. You can do this from the terminal or use a graphical client such as Cyberduck. I find the synchronization option in Cyberduck to be really useful for syncing folders between my laptop/desktop computer and the cluster.
