This is my daily regimen

Regimen

5:45 am: Wake up

  • Put your head up
  • Put the headphones on to remain awake

6:00 am: Abs (8 min)

  • Take a cold shower afterwards
  • Get gym clothes

6:30 am: Work

  • Have breakfast at work
  • Put on the posture fixer
  • If you need to, take a 15 minutes nap
  • Later have fruits or granola

11:00 am: Angular Medellín

  • Read the news before starting

11:30 am: Lunch

  • Don't eat more than enough
  • Buy an extra lunch for dinner and a sandwhich for breakfast
  • Come home to clean your teeth and have a 15-min nap afterwards

4:00 pm: Gym

  • Eat a candy one hour before
  • Bring water

6:00 pm: Dinner

  • After dinner brush, floss and clean face

7:00 pm: Diaries

  • Free mental RAM
  • Watch a quick motivational video. Also watch pinterest.
  • Review regimen
  • Fill each diary: Decisions, Ego, Gratitude and Pride.

7:30 pm: Decluttering

  • Clear the white board along with Keep notes, photos, etc

8:15 pm: Read (standing 15 min)

  • Turn the lights off afterwards

8:30 pm: Prepare for the next day

  • Write down the reasons to wake up the next day
  • Leave headphones nearby
  • Leave the mat on the floor for abs
  • Leave the gym clothes and water ready

8:45 pm: Meditate (15 min)

Rules

  • Go to sleep at 9 pm
  • Weekends are free
  • Honor your time, when you are busy let don't others interrupt you
  • Use pomodoros all the time
    • If the pomodoro is over when you are on state, set it for another 15 min.
  • Never eat dinner after 7, it won't let you rest
  • Holidays are a bonus to catch up, use them wisely
  • Keep app blockers on
    • Use Clear Lock when you are excesively checking your phone
  • No ToDo lists: Every task must be set on the Calendar with an execution date
  • Don't make up excuses
