1. Create a service file like MYSERVICE.service
2. Put it in /lib/systemd/system/
3. Reload systemd using command: systemctl daemon-reload
4. Enable auto start using command: systemctl enable MYSERVICE.service
5. addon (thanks @nadrimajstor) : after network is up in [Unit]

Properties

From the built-in help system:

For many settings TextMate will look for a .tm_properties file in the current folder and in any parent folders (up to the user’s home folder).

These are simple setting = value listings where the value is a format string in which other variables can be referenced.
