Beginning D/N. D&C. With specific tasks, solo spiking

Text or slack.  Transparency with needs if change is neccesary.

V - Planning, TDD work style, K - Following smaller goals

* What are each of our strengths? How can our strengths complement each other?
K: Well-rounded/resourceful V - Debugging 

* What’s gone well or poorly in your previous projects?
Communication of plans and goals.  Using old code as resource

* How will we set direction and make decisions as a team?
Daily communication(stand-ups) and goals. 

* What do you need (resources, environment, communication) to do your best work?
Plan, workspace, frequent breaks, and transparency

* What scheduling restraints do you have? What are your scheduling preferences?
Play by ear on weekend depending on being on track with goals.  Thursday is a break day!

Honest clear feedback, but be kind.
