Project: Intention Timer

Group Member Names: Greg Grimes, Kim McCaskill

Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?): Kim: Timely microgoals planned. Both of us to fully comprehend subject matter. Be on same page. Greg: Daily goals allow enough time for finishing goals

Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here): Communication when help is needed. Relying on each other. Brainstorming, wireframing, preplanning.

How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles: Break it down, setting goals, talking through the problem,

Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?): Working right after class works best. Cap at 2 hours work together. Divide and conquer

Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team?): Slack, text, call. Sundays are better work days for me. Talk through it.

Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement): Keep striving for improved JS and flexbox on CSS.

Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?): It 0 - Driver Navigator It 1 - Break up JS and work together

Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques): Dividing work for minimal crossover. In person pull/push until better understanding of git workflow.

Expectations for giving and receiving feedback: Daily feedback. Feedback with ideas for improvement.

Project management tools we will use (GitHub projects or Trello are popular tools): Github projects

Day 1 Agenda: Top-down, wireframing, github projects, goals for tomorrow.

Additional Notes: Tuesday: Work on Iteration 0 Wednesday: Work on Iteration 1 Thursday: Work on Mythical critters Friday: Goal to have MVP done. Re-evaluate goals based on how much we have done. Set meeting time for Sunday. Sunday: Big push toward goals. Cap at 4 hours. Monday: Plan to have Iteration 3 done.
