ファイルを消しても、追加しても、renameでeventが飛んで来る
IFTTTの連携では、ファイル名に英語文字列の日付が付与することが多くの場合、可能であり、 この為、Node.jsで英語の日付と実日付の比較ができると、この問題に対応できる。
