Import Instagram Export to Day One Journal (requires the Day One CLI tool)

  1. Request your IG archive at https://www.instagram.com/download/request/
  2. Extract the the archive
  3. Copy this script into the extracted folder
  4. Create a Journal named Instagram inside the Day One app
  5. Run this script (ruby import.rb)
