Laptop

I'd suggest laptop that supports hardware encoding which should reduce the CPU requirement by a lot.

• Intel Quicksync

• Nvidia NVENC

• Apple VT H264 (!!! You need a UVC compatible capture card)

Supplementary system

These are accesories that you can source locally easily.

• Tripod mount for the webcam.
• 2 to 3 HDMI cables, and at least one has to be more than 5 meters to be able to cover most situation.
• USB 3.0 Hub.

You might also need the following adapter depending on the speaker's set-up

• USB-C to HDMI (Recommended)
• VGA to HDMI (Mainly to hook up old system)
