We're taking things seriously.
Users - players who use the plots.
Build-A-Lab Staff Commitee - Build-A-Lab staff. They decide how are plots going to be placed and plan out roads.

To claim a plot, an user must get rid of the Build-A-Lab advertisement billboard on the plot.
It is reccomended to place a sign somewhere near the road with the user's nickname.
No, it's not a meme.
When you claim a plot, you might want to build something, but to build something you'd need materials. We're making it easy for you - we'll give you the materials for free, and we'll give you as much as you'll need!
The starter pack contains:
- A wall block of your choice - marble, lab blocks or sky stone blocks
- Concrete for the floor
- Elevators
- Obsidian Chisel
- Diamond Builder's Wand
- Obsidian Pickaxe
As a bonus, you can also get:
- A tesseract with a free connection to EnderPower:tm:
- 16 Basic Universal Cables
- An electric furnace
DM a staff commitee member via Discord. An online staff member will join the server and give you 4 stacks of each block. Whenever you run out of blocks and need more, you can ask the staff member for more. Simmilarily with tools - you get each of the tools once and whenever they break, you can ask us for more.
The bonus pack is claimable for free as well, however you will only get the amounts stated in the item listings.
- All builds have to stay 1 block away from the road padding (concrete bricks). This does not apply to roads (like doorsteps).
- If a build is much smaller than the plot, the Build-A-Lab Staff Commitee (see above) might resize your plot to a smaller size and make another one. Of course, the Commitee will first ask for permission.
- A player can build outside of the plot, as long as they are not trespassing other plots.
- Plots must have some way of indicating their bounds, whether it's with a fence or single blocks on each corner of the plot.
- Plots can be resized officially. Contact a Build-A-Lab Staff Commitee member for more information.
