create a tab with the following command

brew create --set-name=elasticsearch@5.6 https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/elasticsearch/elasticsearch-5.6.16.tar.gz

then it's going to open edit page, replace it contents by the elasticsearch@5.6.rb provided in this gist

Install it with the following command

brew install  elasticsearch@5.6 --formula

Install icu_folding plugin

 /usr/local/Cellar/elasticsearch@5.6/5.6.16/libexec/bin/elasticsearch-plugin install analysis-icu
