- To bring on new people, id want to doc and publish a guidelines doc (like ive been pasting you), and id want that person to participate in its creation
- channel consolidation -> blocked by -> reset/standardise channel access -> blocked by -> new people in team -> blocked by -> create/publish mod guidelines
- Established and consistent presence & activity in FreeBSD spaces
- Consistent participation in team activities, discussions and tasks
- Proactively promotes positive/respectful environment and culture, not just deal with 'bad' things or people
- Consistent commitment to and demonstrated 'try your best/hardest' to continual improvement in themselves and others

- Q: Am I technically able. A: Most of this is non-technical in nature.
- Q: Do I have the time. A: There is no minimum time requirement. The requirement is consistency.
